Welcome To D&E Machine Company

D&E Machine Company is a machine shop in Ohio, located between Dayton and Cincinnati. We specialize in low and high-production runs, prototyping, new replacement parts for manufacturer’s equipment, repair work, complete machine building, and machined quality fabrications.

Our specialty is our ability to find ways no one else has thought of to make your part, machine, fixture, prototype, or idea come to life at a fraction of the cost and in less time.

Our team has more than 40 years of experience in handling:

In 1971, D&E Machine Company was established when Dink & Etta Bennett (hence the name D&E) began machining parts in the one-car garage of their home on State Route 42 in Lebanon, Ohio. In 1985, as the business grew, they moved it to a 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Lebanon. Since December 2010, the company has been located in an industrial building just up the street from that earlier facility. D&E Machine Company was purchased in 1990 by the current owners Kent & Kim Coomer. Kent worked for Dink & Etta many years prior to purchasing the company.

TESTIMONIALS

Our customers do our bragging for us!
D & E has been my partner of choice for many of my projects. I trust D & E’s capabilities. I can convey to Kent exactly what I need done, and he’ll make it happen. D & E is a reliable shop and upholds a customer service standard that’s unparallel to any other shop I’ve entered.
James Hendershot, Motorsolver
Whenever D & E Machine Co.’s name comes up in conversation, honesty and integrity are the words most often used to describe them.
Lindey Kunz, Southwest Industries
There are thousands of machine shops from Massachusetts to Ohio. However I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone but Kent and his skilled machinists at D & E Machine Co.
Burleigh Hutchins, PPC Inc. - Uxbridge, MA

Reinhard Schuller, Hahn Automation Inc.
I called D & E to manufacture a special base for our company. They let me know that I could buy a similar base from a catalog for a fraction of the cost which saved our company a good bit of money.
Kevin Ousley, LADD Industries
A customer of ours asked for a machine shop that makes quality parts and I gave him D & E’s name.
